    Our systems are configured to automatically scrub and redact Personally Identifiable Information (PII)—including caller names, phone numbers, and accidentally spoken sensitive credentials—from static text transcripts before they are archived.

All sensitive Personal Identifiable Information (PII) processed via Retell AI is subject to automated redaction and strict data minimization retention schedules.
  2. n8n Cloud (Workflow Automation Engine): n8n Cloud is utilized to securely route scheduling parameters and look up customer database metrics (such as calendar availability). Operating on certified enterprise infrastructure located in Frankfurt, Germany, our n8n workflows are strictly configured to purge and erase successful data payloads immediately upon execution completion.
